Starbucks Supervisor interview questions

Great interview. Very informative and thorough, they definitely want to get the best people for the job. Some questions felt a little repetitive, but so are questions that customers ask so they're probably just seeing how you handle situations like that

it was a lot of basic questions about leadership and going into a leadership role. an example being when was a time you had to coach a coworker. just showing how excited and passionate you are about being a shift is really helpful.
