first is a phone interview with HR. This will just be basic questions about your experience and what you are looking for in a job. Then is a in person interview with two district managers. they will ask more in depth questions about your experience.

I applied by sending in a resume to a recruiter. They had a poster up in one of they're stores. I received an email back the same day. Set up a phone interview for a week later. Interview lasted about 15 minutes on the phone. The recruiter asked about my previous employment and then if I had knowledge of P&L statements. After the call I was sent emails to apply for the actual position then take a virtual job tour.

The job try out i a little confuse, the questions are very tricky.. The rest of the process is very professional, the company standard are very high and they are looking people with no fair to changes
