Starbucks Shift Supervisor interview questions

Really lovely lady interviewed me, she was friendly and knowledgeable about the position. Made me feel at ease and answered my questions blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Very quick and easy. I came in to interview, asked for the manager, and we had a brief conversation at a table in the cafe. Every store is a little different, but most managers are primarily looking at your personality and attitude. Besides asking for 3 strengths and weaknesses, it was mostly chatting. I was hired on the spot.
