Lot's of questions about customer connection and team building. One interview with a Store Manager than with a District Manager. The interview was short a sweet we go to the point.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks!
I applied online. I interviewed at Starbucks (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2022
Interview
it went smootly. my manager assesed me by giving some judgemental situations and helped me understand their business policy . and intruduced me with their admin policy.after awarding the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
They first ask if you want something to drink (for free)- take it! Even if you have no idea what’s on the menu or if you’re not a huge coffee person, there are plenty of other options! Teas, refreshers, crème based Frappuccino's...they want to know that you are interested in the “products” they’re selling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked basic questions about my future ambitions, where I see myself with this company, what I’m expecting this company to do for me etc. they also asked the basic “what struggles have you had to overcome” or “tell me about a time when you didn’t agree with a supervisor, how did you resolve it”. Everything is pretty set as far as pay and benefits go, so there isn’t really any wiggle room for negotiations.
