Starbucks Shift Supervisor interview questions

Met with manager at the cafe for approx 20 minutes. Was asked basic questions about customer service experience, flexibility, and shift availability. I was offered the job on the spot.

Locations was desperate for employees so they had a hiring event. Locations was very loud, Manager was kind but interview was basic questions about past experience. Asked about past experience in the industry and how would I mind commuting. (this location is at a freeway stop over where the nearest residential address is 30 mins away. Large city was 45 mins away.)
