It wasn’t difficult, but having barista coffee shop experience really helps. You need to be able to identify leadership skills and know how to coach. They really like baristas who show their own initiative. It was an easy interview process overall.

We had two interviews. There were a lot of questions about how I would handle difficult customers, how to fix situations where a customer received the wrong order -sometimes multiple times and how to keep partners motivated and on task. During the second interview I was offered the job.
