I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Starbucks (Toms River, NJ) in Sep 2017
Interview
Asked me to go to a new location a little far from my house. It's larger than the one closer to me at the Ocean County Mall, so that was understandable. However, after finishing the interview, the person interviewing me just said bye and nothing more. Didn't give me a time span on how long it would take for me to hear whether or not I got the position, didn't tell me if I did good or bad, didn't even ask me when I would be able to work or what location would work. Aside from him personally saying it, I could tell he didn't even want to interview me because at the time I walked with a cane and wore headphones for a neurological issue that was later fixed completely with surgery.

The interview was quick, about an hour and the managers are nice. They are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment who is respectful and nice.
