Interview
We had a coffee tasting and intense 30min questions. It felt too much to be honest and they got back to me in 4 days. I didnt like how intense it was for a Barista position but be prepared with like STAR or PAR based answers.

1. Tell me about a time you disagreed with your supervisor.
2. Tell me about a time you created a warm enviornment for your customers.
3. Tell me about a time you worked with your co-worker and it you learned something
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
