I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Ámsterdam) in Mar 2021
Interview
I had the first interview in shop with a manager and after one week, I had an online interview with the district manager.
I waited 2 weeks for an email about the third interview, but nothing. When I asked an update they said I didn't pass and when I asked the reason the said: "we are more personality oriented" and they stop to reply to my questions. Strange to say when you see me once and then you invite me to the online interview with other 10 people (only 3 for my same position) where we just introduced ourselves and you say you will let us know when and where the 3rd interview, then you disappear for 2 weeks and let me know nothing. This is unrespectful and not professional. At least don t make people wait for an interview that they will never do, just send an email at least.
The process consisted of two interviews. The first was a phone screen with a recruiter to discuss my background, leadership experience, and availability. The second interview was with a district manager and focused more on behavioral and situational questions. The interviewers were professional and transparent about expectations for the role.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your input and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our interview process.
It was a process that asked me questions, and I answered them. The questions were fine—straightforward, clear, and easy enough to respond to without any issues or confusion. The End.
