I submitted a resume and a week later I was called for an interview. In the interview I was asked the basic questions about my background and work history. I was asked some behavioral questions on how I would handle a situation. At the end of the interview I was offered the job and started the following week.

describe a difficult situation that you successfully handled
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
