Interview
Walked in on Tuesday with paper application. Got a call two hours later asking to schedule an interview. Friday worked best for both myself and the Store Manager. Was Invited to return for second interview with Assistant Manager on Saturday. Was offered job on the spot.
I am a former Starbucks employee and perhaps that contributed to the quick application process.

What are some of your strengths and weaknesses related to the job?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
