They called me a few days after I applied online and filled out the questionnaire. I was caught off guard when they started asking me customer service questions right away! That was just a screening though and afterwards they invited me to an open interview the following week. It's good to dress nice but not TOO nice, I suggest wearing something that helps you stand out from other candidates (wear a big smile).
I had a one on one interview first and he asked me only 3 questions about my past customer service experience and then told me to stick around. After waiting there I was called again to do a group interview where they proceeded to ask me a handful of questions. They asked about mostly negative customer experiences and you better have a happy ending. They also want to know a little more about you to see if you will fit in so let your personality shine, honestly. They said that we'll know by the end of the week if we got it, and they called me on the last day. I know that if I didn't get a call, to not bother calling them.

What are you doing to help yourself grow personally?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
