Asked about personality questions, and common behavior questions like why do you want to work here, describe yourself, what are your strengths or weaknesses. I was asked how I would react to a certain negative situation that would commonly occur in a coffee shop.

Wha would you do if a customer is unhappy about their drink?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
