Read pre ordained questions that do not matter. You will be hired if you have good availability. Some managers are better than others about trying in interviews. They are desperate to hire for holiday in August/September

Give an example of a time you have exceeded expectations
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.
