I applied online, and waited about a month. I got a call from the manager, who briefly interviewed me and then invited me for an interview person interview a week later. I did the interview and she reached out about a week later to offer me the job.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.
