Starbucks Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very long drawn out process, but I am happy that I took up the opportunity to follow a passion of mine and a role where customer service was at the heart.

group interview, then one on one, it was very generic and they expect you to ask a ton of questions , i myself dont really like the group interviews and i think that my not speaking up during that part was the reason i wasnt offered the job, they mass hire so i definately would say you must ask a lot of questions and get noticed during the group part of the hiring process, i believe that is why i wasnt offered a position at that time
