The interview was extremely simple. STAR based questions. The two district managers that interviewed me were astounding! They knew their business like the back of their hand! They also LOVED their partners. When you interview with people who are wholeheartedly passionate about their teams it's awe striking! They could tell I was the same when it came to my teams! When I manage my teams I love them wholeheartedly. I utilize a recognize then coach tactic when it comes to my teams. They seemed to adore that.
