Took a very long time from application to shortlist confirmation to interview, but HR was fairly helpful. The interview itself was almost entirely on competence examples. The interviewers were both relaxed and very friendly, and gave the impression it was a nice place to work in, so it was a disappointment not to get the job. HR took more than a week to inform me and there was no feedback on why.
