Interview
You are given a Coding Assignment. You need to complete it within 7 days. Once you submit a well structured solution following TDD practices you will be called for Technical Round I. Once you clear the first technical interview you will be asked for Technical Round II. And at last you will find a Cultural Fitment Round which is to check whether you are fit to their way of working.

1. In coding round the send you a very basic console based application problem.
2. If your solution is accepted you are called for a technical interview process which may be a pair programming round or face to face interview round.
3. If you do good in technical round I you get called for another & final technical round interview.
4. There is a cultural fitment round where they check if you have already worked in agile environments mainly and have open mindset.
Cons : Politics, Management is narrow minded, Opportunity can come to you only if are a a political person.
Being worked for a company which is a part of Springer Business & Media for 2 years in India as a would be technical leader, I was not considered because of some people sitting in higher rank who are very narrow minded. And the reason what they given me for not getting considered is completely illogical & untrustworthy.

it was good and very streamlined process.
the process starts with an online written test, consisting of apritude and computer fundamentals along with the programming questions.
Next is a technical interview, managerial interview and finally the HR interview.
all the interviews are very streamlined and overall a smooth process. Tests your basic skills.
