An absolute shame. They will ask you insistently salary expectations. If you try to avoid the question or try to return it to them, they will directly pass and will never reply. The first step is a Teams interview and an insane UCAT test which if you never did one, the difficulty make no sense for the role they offer. I had a bad result in that test but the recruiter invited me to an interview anyway without asking about availability. I couldn’t make it for that day, he directly changed for the next day without asking again. He finally canceled 5 minutes before the interview. A waste of time and disrespect. This was the worst experience and the worst recruiter I’ve ever met in my career.
