There were three separate phone interviews with a general manager, territory manager and the recruiter, followed by a panel interview where you give them an overview on yourself, your background, why you believe you will be a successful candidate choice and present your 30-60-90 day plans.

The hiring and interview processes were well defined and efficient. The hiring manager and recruiter were on the same page - they were very clear about what specific skillsets they were looking for. After a pretty thorough preliminary selection process by the recruiter, the hiring manager got involved to interview just 3 candidates.

None as I was pretty well prepared. I expected my background to be grilled specifically on past achievements and delivered results. Which were exactly what they wanted to understand.
