The Interview itself with the recruiter was very straight forward, and respectful. Then a very complex test was applied. Though I would like to describe a bit the technical interview that was quite surprising to me: I was asked to share my screen and work with them looking. I think this was very invasive and improper. Also, the test itself was not very clear, they give you one description of the task, one design document to read and a big file to download (my computer was not powerful enough to work with that file, it kept loading all the time). Then you spend half an hour to be introduced to the work, and realize: there is an icon to be drawn, there are UI inconsistencies, and ux problems. My approach was to do a very little schedule of work and finish that one screen with what was possible on the time. Though they expected more on that range of time, it was completely unreal. So if someone expect me to work with unreal schedule, I can say I am out by myself. Other than that, the technical interviewer was stone cold, I was not glad to meet him, and I am glad he is not going to be my boss.
