For me the interview process consisted of HR interview (around 30 min) and a test (which I decline to do). My impression of the process of selection is negative due to:
1- HR recruiter, that was using a low quality background, could not describe the requirements for the position and what the duties would be. The recruiter promised to ask the questions to the team internally and get back with an answer via email, but it is been more than 1 week without a reply
2. Today, 1 week and a half after the HR interview I finally receive an invitation for the test with excuses, since the test was not made until today and they made such a delay.
Do not have any willingness to participate in the process.
