Socialpoint interview questions

I went through 4 zoom interviews total: 1. First contact with recruiter, general questions about my expectations and knowledge towards the role. After this interview I had to deliver a test that consisted in a UI reskin. 2. After passing the test, I had an interview with two UI/UX designers from the company, who asked me further about my knowledge & experience related to the role. They also made follow-up questions on the test. 3. The third interview was with members of the design team of the game I was selected to apply for. They made similar questions to the last interview but gave more emphasis to work ethic and other soft skills. 4. A one-to-one with the HR Buddy in order to discuss schedule and other last details.

It was a long but well-established process. I have been challenged in a personal and professional way and have been screened by four types of interviews with different stakeholders from the company. After joining the company, I see the reasons behind each step and the challenges I've been put through, so the department and the company's culture continues as good as its now.
