I was asked to do an animation test that takes like 3 or 4 days to complete (more days if you want it to be perfect), for free, no-paid test. I did it but I failed because didn't satisfy the "high-quality standards", but the truth is that the character they give to you to animate it's a mess difficult to fix it and make it work properly, not a professional one. Don't waste your time with them.
