Interview
A 3rd party recruiter agency contacted me, the overall process took around one month. First I had to complete a HackerRank test, after that they invited me to an on-site to Barcelona.
The on-site interview was 5 interviews in a row, two of them were software system design questions. After that there was a technical in-depth interview where they asked things from my background (development practices etc). Following this I had 3 "cultural" interviews (usual HR-ish stuff). I can honestly tell you I've excelled all the technical interviews, answering all the questions with no hesitation, sometimes in even more depth they asked for. The interviewers were impressed.
Next week the internal recruiter called me and was trying to tell me that I'm not on senior level (currently I'm employed by a world leading gaming company as a senior engineer in Dublin). Interestingly, the recruiter wasn't able to answer me what areas they think I'd need to improve on. So after this I just told them to find somebody else who can be hired for less. Too bad, too cheap.
Depth of expertise - Interviewer asks you to take them through your recent project and dives deep into few sections. Questions were majorly around Scale, Performance monitoring and things to improve.

Interview
Very pleasant interview process. It is a 3 step process, the first part speaking about a project you've worked on. Then followed by 2 back to back interviews: a system design interview and a culture fit.
You don't interview with anyone with the team throughout the whole process. But I believe they give you the chance to speak to the manager of the team if they make an offer.
There was no programming exercise which I found refreshing and nice.
Nice and easy interview process. 1 screening round, system design and behavioural round. System design round went well. I came to know behavioural had lower scoring but then turned out positive.
