SiteMinder Training Implementation Analyst interview questions

Applied online. I interviewed over the phone with a recruiter in the US. A question of how much the salary expectation is, led to a lower figure than the going market rate, the discussion was about 29K, with the current rent inflation etc. it is rather low. After a brief and pleasant enough chat they sent an invitation for an online interview using HireVue. No further response after the online interview process, except after contacting them, was answered with spurious response which could have been addressed during the initial chat.
