Signify Management Trainee interview questions

Two Steps 1. Assessment Center: you will be put into a group of 4-5 people discussing the case study handed out by the company, and together create a presentation. 2. Interview: only <50% of the applicants were selected based from their performance in the assessment center (i.e. your contribution to the discussion, your presentation skills, your answers to questions asked by the interviewer).

It was a great experience and questions were mostly around my CV and my background. Make sure you are well versed with it. There were two panelists who made me feel comfortable. One was playing good cop and one was playing bad cop. It is absolutely okay if you can't answer a few questions just don't beat around the bush. Be clear if you don't know.
