Working hours are not measured which often leads to long working times. Apart from that a very Philips-like culture, lots of meetings and documentation. I wish it was agile in the process

I applied for full stack developer role in oncampus but they asked me ai/ml questions so i just said my main tech stack is web development but i havev basic idea on ml.

For the Signify Rotational Finance Program, the interview day was quite interactive and hands-on. We started by walking around the office to get a feel for the environment. Afterward, we participated in various assessment games; some of these required us to work closely in groups, while others were individual tasks focused on our personal analytical strengths.
the first round was an OA in which there are two DSA problems whoever solved one problem completely was selected for Interview. The interview was in-depth focus in CSE fundamentals, OOPS concepts and projects
