In person with location Management team, the meeting was held in the boardroom. After a question and answer period the Production Supervisor provided a tour of the plant. Phone call post interview to offer the position followed by offer letter.

Question 1
They wanted to know about my pervious employment experience and asked what i knew of the industry.
Three interviews, the first one is formal questions about education, work experience, etc. The second one - after the assessment - the same but in more detail plus discussing results of the tests briefly. The third one is where they made an offer.
