It was campus Recruitment with 3 stages Written +Technical+HR
Written consists of Basic Aptitude questions with Respective Engineering questions
Technical interview went around 1hour30 minutes and HR went around 45-50 minutes

Question 1
Started with Basic Introduction.. Explain Previous job experience if you have any.. Course Project.. Questions related to Industrial training.. Questions based on Alternator, Induction motor, Transmission line, Substation Earthing, Battery requirements in Substation
It went well. It is up to you if you want to make it a discussion or an interview. Lots of basic technical questions were asked. Also, how can I make them benit was asked.

2. Weeks later in-person interview with the team leader and another employee
The waiting time for the final result lasted for one month including one week of annual leave. They only came back to me when I emailed them to urge them to give me an answer by a certain date. This process is not professional.
