Siemens Energy interview questions

Awful experience. Recruiter reached me out to schedule an interview, which turned out to be a nightmare to find a common slot due to different timezones. Back and forth e-mail exchange with me providing visibility on several time slots that would work for me. I even asked about the recruiter's availability for the following working days so I could adjust accordingly. The recruiter offered only 1 possible time slot in each reply and showed a total lack of flexibility. Finally we were able to find a common time slot! Everything ready for the call until... 15 minutes before the interview, the recruiter sent an e-mail explaining that the interview has been cancelled because they decided to go forward with 2 other candidates, stating that I would be contacted if things ended up not working out with them. Total lack of consideration and respect with candidates

Ich habe mich zunächst kurz vorgestellt und meine Motivation für die Bewerbung erläutert. Anschließend wurden mir spezifische Fragen zur Stelle und zum Unternehmen gestellt. Zum Beispiel was ich mir vorstelle, was mich erwarten wird. Dann noch allgemeine Soft-Skills-Fragen, zum Beispiel wie man mit stressigen Situationen umgeht und wie man sich in Konfliktsituationen verhält.
