Screen with recruiter was supposed to be 30 mins but went on for about an hour; they were very thorough and candid about the role, team, culture. Moved to the next round and met with a content design manager and the director of content design separately. Both video calls were an hour long—informal, conversational. In the end they didn’t wish to move forward but I was treated respectfully and the recruiter took the time to provide feedback and answer questions. It was a marked difference in a time where companies too often ghost candidates or treat them poorly.
