There will be at least four or five rounds off-campus:
The first round will be the coding round. They will share the link, which consists of one coding question. We have to solve that question in 45-60 min.
Second round: it will be an interview for at least 1 hour.
Interviews have a main focus on coding, algorithms, and data structures.
Some of my core technical skills are in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
Third Round: It will be a behaviour round. The main emphasis is on your strengths and general behaviour in response to questions.
Fourth Round: It is also similar to the second round, but somehow they will ask more advanced coding questions. More in-depth information about your technical skills and the work you do.
The hiring managerial round is the fifth round.
The interviewer asks about your previous company, work, why do you want to change, and some coding questions. Why are you only serving now? What is your goal? There are many others like this.
The interviewer also tests some tough advanced coding questions and some technical skills that you mentioned on the resume.
Final Round: For me, they made a normal call (telephone). They will discuss your performance in the interview and also your compensation.
They will pay a very good amount compared to so many companies, and most importantly, even if you mention very low pay, they will pay you based on your performance in the interview and company standards at that moment.
