You will first get screened either through an agency representing you, or directly with the recruiter. You then will have a call the with the hiring manager; and last with the team you'll be on to make sure your a "Good Fit". You will also have a panel Interview covering the position requisition in detail. Additionally, providing a presentation about the job position and how it relates to your skills and experience.

I have seen the position through companies website and asked for one of my friend working there to give me referral. Had a phone screening from TA Team . Had a technical Hr phone screening. Process was fast

Java and Linux basics and explained one of my project. Manager spoke very politely and explained me about the current project .He said they would get back to me couple of days for technical coding screening.

Met them at the career fail. Shortlisted for interviewing next day. Interviewers were friendly. The questions were basic and from the textbook but never heard back from the employers. Although I believe the interview went well.
