The first round interview was a phone interview where a recruiter called me up and asked some generic questions like any other interviews you'll go through. And then there were 3-4 behavioral questions where she gave me certain scenarios or asked how I would handle certain situations and group dynamics. The second round of the interview was technical and it was an in-person interview where I was put in front of a panel of hiring managers. I was asked some very specific questions relating to the job I was applying for. There were much less general questions.
