I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Petaling Jaya) in Feb 2023
Interview
Easy and smooth. Second interview thru hirevue that you need to record yourself. Third had to do case study and present. Interesting and good for networking and for Final interview more technical and situational questions.

Question 1
What if one of your team members did not do the job? What will you do and handle it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in Jun 2022
Interview
This was all done online for about 3 months. After being called by the HR representative, I was sent an email to do an on-demand interview in Hirevue. The questions there were basic personality and work-scenario questions. It records your answers with video on. Next was the interview with the HR representative. It was more of a conversation about your personality and work-ethic. I was then put into the final step, the assessment center. For this, I had to do a panel interview with another candidate. We were tasked to work on a business case together and present it to the panel. Afterwards, there was a solo interview with the panel. In the solo interview, they asked about what kind of work I would like to work in. What kind of products of theirs, etc.
