Initially started with a Sarah Ward a Talent Attraction Sourcing Specialist reaching out to me aboutan available position. When speaking with her I asked the salary range, the amount she said was within what I was looking for. After further discussion we scheduled an in person interview with Corey. The interview went well but they took a couple of weeks to get back to me. I was then offered the position, but the salary offered was well below the range offered by Sarah. I let the woman that offered know that I was a bit confused about the offer as it was even below the lowest target of the salary range provided before. She told me they were extremely interested in me so she would see what she could do. After at least another week, Corey called me to offer me the position again with a different salary but still below the originally discussed range. I again told him that unfortunately, I was not interested in that salary amount and he told me he would go to Human Resources and I would hear back the next day but never heard back. It felt like a complete waste of my time.
