Phone screen with an internal recruiter, followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was pretty straight forward, where they described the current plans and understood more about my background. In-person interview was for an hour. I was told it will be about my leadership skills, but it turned out to be a system design interview.
I didn't get an offer because they felt I was a people manager and they were looking for someone more technical. I disagreed and asked for more feedback, but never heard back. I felt I deserved more respect since spent a lot of time preparing and attending the interview.
