Was referred by a current SCUSA employee. Contacted by recruiter within 2 days of referral for initial phone screen. Round 1 interviews (in person) with hiring manager and one other interviewer were the following week. Round 2 interviews (also in person) with peers, subordinates, and hiring manager were the next week. Interview questions focused on technical skills and few questions on leading people. From all indications, interviews went well; received only positive feedback from the recruiter. In week 4, was told a decision wouldn't be made for 2 more weeks. Was declined for position three weeks later. Despite not being offered the position, the interview experience was not bad.
