The process has two rounds
The first round is mainly behavior. If passed, will be given the case study to work on during the weekend then superday
The superday process involves both case study presentation with 2 back to back

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Santander
Interview
Process was technical. Started with quick overview of firm, interviewer background, reasons for hiring. Questions were asked regarding knowledge/workings of financial statements, valuation, and interest in the role and firm, as well as background / resume experiences.

Muy complicado, 7 fases. Dos con empresa externa y luego un assessment center con 4 entrevistas seguidas.
