The talent acquisition person tried their best to arrange the first interview but later on for the final rounds of interviews, the schedule is chaotic and does not seem to have any coordination with the department. The recruiter was also rude and not helpful. They do not give you enough info even after you asked them. Process could have been better and smoother
Zoom call with the hiring manager. I would say this was the worst interview I had. The hiring manager just kept asking very specific technical questions that felt like a quiz and felt like she was being aggressive. My overall impression was that they don't really care about the individual but want a second pair of hands to do the work. I don't see how anyone would want to join the company after this experience.
