Sanofi Manager interview questions

Overall the whole process seemed superficial. I suspect it was quite likely that they had already decided on a candidate and they were just going through the motions.... three persons were involved in the interview, one was late and we had to wait about 10 minutes. During the interview, I glanced over to one of the hiring managers and they appeared to be snoozing, not very professional.
