Three interviews with a 2-3 week gap between one interview and the following one. General assessment of the candidate's profile, competencies and motivations. Some anecdotes requested consistently (e.g. when did you exceeded your boss' expectations?). Content of the question did not change that much from one interview to another, but people attending the interview changed.
