Sanofi Director interview questions

Things went smooth until they didn’t. Had recruiter screener and 3 interviews. Then literally nothing. Ghosted. I would expect this from a disorganized company, but my Sanofi recruiter was previously very communicative about every step. That made it jarring to just hear…nothing. After a week of radio silence I reached out and was met with….more radio silence. Very unprofessional and made me want to badmouth the company to everyone I know.

Interviewed for a US commercial director role. All virtual. First was with hiring manager. Then a panel virtual interview. Then a final interview with the VP. All took place probably within a 3 week period. They are very flexible on timing. Nice group of workers.
