Sandoz Supply Chain Analyst interview questions

Got a call after applying directly on their website. Showed up, waited for about half an hour at the gate before being let in. While I was lacking on a certain part of their requirements, I did show my interest and availability to learn. Howerver, interview was bland and quite unprofessional. The moment I realized it's not going to work? Them telling me they notice I have two small children and asking me how I make it work with family and job. Not the kind or organizational culture I want to be associated with.
