Samsung Electronics Senior Quality Engineer interview questions

The interviewers didn't volunteer much information about the responsibility and joc desc to be filled. The interview was quite straigth-forward and, apart from some technical questions, didn't seem to make any attempt dig into my career background, personal characters, and strength/ weakness. Yet several people with much more sounding resume had been rejected before me. Including a senior engineer with years of experience in similar position, and a fresh graduate with flying colors and overseas scholarship experience.I thought the interviewers weren't interested in me, but they were merely making quick decision on the spot, somehow.
