A disappointing interview experience. The process was 3 interviews- an initial telephone call, a video interview and an in-person interview. I managed to get through to the final interview. After which the team took 6 weeks to get back to me with a decision. This was after many attempts of chasing and resorted in me having to email senior staff that interviewed me. The lack of communication at this stage in the process was extremely poor from the Talent team. I applied for the job in March 2024 and was only informed of the decision of my final interview at the end of June 2024. The lack of effort and urgency to reach out was unsatisfactory.

The interview was cancelled and I was told that there was a mistake after spending 3 days preparing for it. It wasn't until end of day on the day of the interview that I got any notification that it would not be happening.
