Applied via agency. First had phone conversation with one of their engineers. The guy was very friendly, told me about the job and the company. Then asked me some technical questions, very generic, about GPUs, OpenGL and some C++ related things. A week later I was invited for a f2f interview During the interview first I had to do 1 hour test on C/C++. The test was on paper and I had to write some code. I found that 1 hour is a bit too short to answer all the questions. Questions though were pretty standard you may expect for C/C++ test (compare strings, deal with linked lists, pointer arithmetic, etc.) After that I had a chat with the R&D manager and an engineer. They were asking about my previous projects, my knowledge of computer graphics, OpenGL ES, Android and Linux kernel. The conversation was very friendly. As the last stage there was a talk with HR representative. She asked me standard 'HR' questions about my motivation, my strengths, difficulties I encountered working on my previous projects etc. Unfortunately I could not see their work places of examples of the projects they are working on due to the IP concerns.
