HORRIBLE - basically was instructed to fill out a super long form asking the standard Thai invasive questions and the remainder of the questions answers were already in my C.V. The form setup is horrible as well, as it gives you like less than half a row's space to describe your job responsibility!!! The HR lady (quite senior I believe) speeded through my interview in 15 mins (shorter than it took to actually fill out the form) - and questions asked were very trite and I dont beleive as an HR, she was getting to know me or my "soft skill" side at all. She said she would call me back if the Manager was interested, and i never heard from them again, even after a follow up, though I felt very qualified for the position.
